Vertical Pivot Investment Group consists of REI managers with collectively 20+ years of multifamily investing experience. Our principals partners include Kyle Schubert and Jason Pero.

Kyle graduated from San Diego State University in 2015 with a bachelors in Aerospace Engineering. His career in the aerospace industry fueled his enthusiasm and precision in the world of rockets and began applying the same first principles to real estate investing. He initially focused his investment strategy on residential properties and subsequently expanded into commercial properties.

Jason started investing in real estate in 2001. Currently owns over 700 rental units and is a sponsor and partner in multifamily syndications. He is President of his local REIA/Apartment association representing over 1600 doors. Jason has also done real estate development, rehab, buy and hold, fix & flip and small business development.
